Herbal Iron and Mineral Syrup

This formula includes many mineral rich herbs, berries heavy in Vitamin C and yellow dock root. Plant based iron is not always easily to assimilate, but when it binds with vitamin C, it is easier for your body to absorb. Yellow dock root helps your body find and use the iron it already has stored.
The herbs are extracted first by soaking in a water and vinegar mixture and then slowly decocted to concentrate, then combined with molasses for extra iron, minerals and deliciousness.
